Shipping & Returns

Each keepsake is thoughtfully handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Processing times may vary depending on customization requests and current order volume. While some orders may be completed sooner, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for custom keepsakes to be carefully created and prepared for shipment.

Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be sent when available.

Juli & Joey currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping or delivery outside of the U.S.

Expedited shipping may be available for select domestic orders at an additional cost. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss availability and timing.

Because our keepsakes are custom handmade pieces, personalized orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help make things right.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our keepsakes, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness truly matters to us, and we encourage you to reach out if there is an issue with your order.
